How to setup your PC
to view .DVI files
STEP 0. YOU will need to be able to unzip files:
Have you lost your copy of pkunzip?
- pkz204g.exe(208 KB)
STEP 1. YOU will need to download a viewer:
Windows 3.1 or NT or 32 BIT
FILES: The files above were downloaded Tuesday, August 12, 1997 fromUNC MIRROR OF CTAN (TeX) SITE.
You will find dviwin29.zip and readme in the directory: dviware/dviwin.
STEP 2. YOU will need to download some fonts.
OPTION 1. 300dpi PK fonts
...if you have lots of space ... you might need to download some extra ams fonts:
- EULER 300dpi FONTS
- EUE300.ZIP (74740 bytes)
- EUF300.ZIP (477470 bytes)
- EUR300.ZIP (542481 bytes)
- EUS300.ZIP (273544 bytes)
OPTION 2. 600dpi FLI(font library) FILE
- Font Installation instructions
- ljh_base.fli (1208 KB) Base fonts for the HP LaserJet 4 (600 DPI)
- Other base fonts are available.
...AND if you have still have lots and lots of space ...
OPTION 2B. Extra 600dpi PK fonts
