Dear ANT Conference Attendees,
We are pleased to announce two special social events:

1) A party at the home of Krishna and Mathura Alladi on Thursday, 
   November 18th at 8:00 pm

2) A banquet at the Sovereign Restaurant on Friday, 
   November 19th at 7:30 pm

In order to arrange the banquet details we need to know in advance how many
people will be able to attend and their menu choices. Please complete
the form below and email it to Cyndi Garvan (cyndi@biostat.ufl.edu)
to RSVP and to let her know your menu choice. The price is $20 for students
and $30 (choices A,B), $35 (choice C,D) for others. Remember there is no 
conference registration fee.

Choice A: [VEGETATIAN] GRILLED VEGETABLE RAVIOLI in a Light Pesto Sauce
Choice B: CHICKEN SCARPARIELLO, Chicken Breast sauteed in Olive 
          Oil, Garlic, Lemon Juice & Tomatoes
Choice C: VEAL SOVEREIGN, Veal Medallions sauteed with Mushrooms & 
          Champagne Sauce
Choice D: MAHI-MAHI (fish), Fillet sauteed with Mushrooms, Onions & 
          fresh diced Tomatoes

All choices come with the following:
* SOVEREIGN SALAD, Mixed Greens with crumbled blue cheese in vinaigrette 
  dressing
* STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE or CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE (DARK or WHITE) in a pool 
  of raspberry sauce
* ICED TEA, COFFEE, HOT TEA
