Reimbursement
All invited speakers and young people (graduate students or postdocs) will be partly or entirely reimbursed for travel expenses (airfare, ground transportation between airport and home or hotel/dorm), lodging expenses (in the conference hotel or in the dorm), and meals (note that alcoholic beverages can and will not be reimbursed), if they send in their ITEMIZED receipts. The following items should be mailed to the conference secretariat:
- E-ticket or paper ticket showing airfare and method and amount of payment.
- Receipt for stay in conference hotel or dorm room.
- Receipts for ground transportation from home to airport, airport to hotel or dorm (if not picked up by conference shuttle), and from hotel or dorm to airport.
- US citizens or Permanent Residents need to fill out a W-9 form. International visitors should fill out a W-8 form instead.
