Note that the first edition had two different printings. As the first printing sold out in Fall of 2003, a second printing was run, in which all the typos I knew of at that point were corrected. To see if you have the new printing of the book, look at page xii. If I say thanks to people who found typos in the first printing, then that book is from the second printing.
