Submitted manuscripts will be regularly refereed and all accepted manuscripts will be published in one volume by "Kluwer Academic Publishers" in the book series "Applied Optimization".  A collection of manuscripts will be published in two special issues of the "Journal of Computational Optimization and Applications" and the "Journal of Global Optimization".
