The registration fee for the conference is $50 payable to the
University of Florida Research Foundation and note Project No. 05173 on the check.
If you plan to attend the meeting and are not one of the invited speakers,
please send an email to scp@math.ufl.edu containing the
following information:

1. Your name
2. Email address
3. Mailing address

We have arranged a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn at a
special rate; we need to book the reservation for you to
obtain this rate.  Dr. Chen is handling the room reservations
for the invited speakers. If you are not one of the invited
speakers and will attend the conference, we can handle the
room reservation for you. Please send your arrival day and time
and the departure day by December 15, 2003. Your room ($59/day) and
registration fee must be paid by this day (check payable to University
of Florida Research Foundation
