  Numerical evaluation of mixing protocols using stochastic
matrices

Abstract:
If we have several mixing protocols that we know are
weak-mixing, we need to be able to decide which one mixes
fastest; we can form a stochastic matrix from a
numerically simulation to evaluate mixing.The technique
also provides a numerical criteria for for a protocol that
we cannot prove or disprove to be weak-mixing.
