Title: Electromagnetic bound states in the continuum
　

Abstract: I give an example from Dr Shabanov on electromagnetic
bound states in the continuum . The existence of
such states will be shown for a double wall of small cylindersin
the case of polarization along the axes of the cylinders.
First, the values of the electric and magnetic fields will be
derived using the Lippmann-Schwinger formalism , then we will
show the existence of a real pole for the reflection amplitude
of the scattered wave .
