Abstract: I will briefly review some of my research projects in
tomography.
(1) Algorithms for determining motion vectors from a sequence of images.
(2) Penalized maximum likelihood algorithms for emission tomography.
(3) Reconstructing images and motion in cardiac tomography.
(4) Analysis and inversion of a new transform in positron emission
tomography.
The aim is to expose students to existing research opportunities.
