Partial Regularity for Evolution Problems with Discontinuity

Abstract:
I will present a result of R. Hardt and Y. Tonegawa from their 1996 paper 
"Partial Regularity for Evolution Problems with Discontinuity." In this paper, 
the authors are concerned with the partial regularity of weak solutions to the 
problem $$\frac{\partial u}{\partial t} = div_x \phi_p(\nabla u)$$, where
$\phi$ is a $C^1$ convex, linear growth function.
