POST-DOCTORAL POSITION

Applications are invited for the

John G. Thompson Research Assistant Professorship.

for an appointment beginning in Fall 2005 with salary of $53,000 for the academic year 2005-06. Authorization of this position is subject to state funding. It is expected that the position will be renewed for two additional years. There is a summer research supplement of $5,000 following each academic year's appointment, and a reduced teaching load of one course per semester during each academic year.

ELIGIBILITY: Mathematics Ph.Ds who have received degrees in the year 2002 or later.
